Chrissy grew up in the care system in the seventies living in two foster homes and two children’s homes. She has overcome difficult circumstances and gone on to be a teacher in secondary school and university. She is a qualified coach and has a diploma in experiential counselling. She has courage, and resilience and is able to hold space in love for others who are struggling.

She now runs her own business and co-owns a jewellery brand, is a CIC of a charity that works with young people in difficult circumstances. All her work is grounded in love, creative well-being, supporting, coaching and training in the understanding that the human experience is working through us, not to us.

She is passionate about changing lives through, detoxing our body mind and souls from things that no longer serve us. She uses creativity, poetry,  and embedded welling in all her training. She is passionate about working with organisations that take care of those who take care of others. 

She has one grown-up son and currently lives partially in London however travels the world.
